Dr. Aaron R. E. Bishop, a native of Columbia, South Carolina,
was educated in the public schools of Richland County. Holding a Bachelor of
Arts in History from Savannah State University, a Master of Business
Administration from Webster University as well as a Doctorate of Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University.
As an entrepreneur and civic leader, Pastor Bishop is
involved in the greater Columbia community at many levels, including an active
member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and Prince Hall Masonic Order. Pastor

of the Savannah State University Columbia Alumni Chapter, and member of the USC
Trio Program Advisory Board.
He was elected in 2010 as a Commissioner for the Richland
County School District One School Board. In 2012, he was selected as a Top 20
Under 40 Professional by The State Newspaper, and in 2014 Dr. Bishop was chosen to be
